On our website you can set up an ID card specifically for your hospital or medical center. Incorporating your specific logo and information required by the state can all be configured on your card. Since each medical agency has unique requirements for their id cards, you can set up the information that will be captured on the medical staff as you need.
To set up your specific required information, click on Edit Individuals, then Additional Tracking Options. From here you can set up the fields that will be available on both the ID card template and the Edit Individuals database. Each person that is added to your secure online database will have these fields available to be captured. This feature is helpful for items such as specialized training, physical description items such as height or weight or whatever is required or desired to be on your personalized photo identification cards.
