Day Care Centers / Staff & Kid ID Cards
Centers have chosen to use us for both the children as well as for the staff. For the children, you may have decide to use us for producing Kid ID cards for the parents that contain information about the child in the case of an emergency.
Or, you may be in need of your staff to wear high quality photo badges that show they are part of your organization. You will notice that several of our sample ID cards contain an icon indicating that a background check has been performed on the individual. We have added this feature simply because it's good to tell the parents and others that drop off and pick up children to know that everyone involved in your organization has been screened.
One use in particular that we found interesting was using the KID ID cards as a form of authorization to pick up children from the center. Also, since the database that is used to produce the identification cards is secure and online. It can also be used to produce information about a child in case of an emergency.
Another interesting approach for centers is to make KID ID cards for the parents at a price around $10.00 per child. This creates a wonderful service to the parents and provides an additional income stream for the center.
