Once you create an account and log into
fullidentity.com, you are moved to a secure
encrypted connection
(Hypertext Transfer Protocol over Secure Socket Layer) to ensure the
information when entered is secure. Additionally, our servers are housed
in a 24/7 guarded environment and no one has access to the information
without proper security clearance. We hire outside vendors to do
vulnerability tests on our servers on a regular basis to ensure that your
information is protected to the best of our ability. Your
information is held under a firewall, and several other layers of
security. Backups are performed on a regular basis, just in case
something happens so that we can restore our servers and your information
in a rapid response method.
The gathering of the information through the background screening process
is all done with industry standard encryption and several other
technologies that have been implemented to protect your information. We do
not disclose the specifics about our security, just as you would not
disclose the type of security system you use for your own home.
 When it comes to what will we do with the information
collected, the answer is protect it to the best of our ability. We
will NOT sell or distribute your information to any third party at any
time. The only exception to this is when you order a background check
for your staff. The reason is because we are not a background check
company and your information is passed to another vendor for the screen to
be performed. Even in these situations we have these background
check companies under a privacy and confidentiality agreement as
well. Our roots are with children's and coaches' information from
sports participants from around the country, and if we breached our
agreement or allowed another company (intentionally or not) to have access
to your information we would have been out of business long ago.
Again, when it comes to your information, our job is to guard and protect
it to the best of our ability.
