Are your cards outsourced or produced in-house?
The great majority of the card options presented on our website are produced in-house in our Cedar Hill facility with the exception of a select few specialized card orders. We always aim to be the most cost effective for our customers so we keep the door open for outsourcing when it makes sense. Additionally, we only use the highest quality materials possible to deliver excellent quality, every time.
Do you have total control over the production process?
The answer is yes, we do! We keep a close eye on the production process to ensure quality and have the ability to make quick decisions and adjustments whenever needed. This allows us to increase our turnaround time by catching misprints of any kind to avoid re-prints and delays. We care about the quality of your order and it matters to us that you get your order in a timely manner.
Can I get my order shipped out same day or next day?
Of course! If you place your order before noon and request a “rush,” we can get it printed and shipped out the same day depending on the size of the order. We can even ship same day orders that are of enormous quantity if they are placed earlier in the morning.
