Still haven’t received you order? Here are a few details that can help!
What You Can Do
You’re able to look this up directly through your account on our website. Simply login and then select “Track Order” under the Main Tools menu. When you click the Track Order option, it will pull up your invoice which will tell you if your order has been shipped or if it is still in production. If you purchased advanced shipping and the order has been marked shipped then the tracking number will be available for you to track your order right there from your account.
Contact Your Rep
If you can’t seem to find it on your own, contact your rep! The first thing we’ll do is verify that the shipping address on your order is correct. If the address is correct, we’ll check on your shipping type to see what the expected ship time should have been. If it went out priority or express we’re able to provide a tracking number for you!
An additional step that we take to ensure that you are aware of your order’s status is to send you an email when you order has been shipped out. If you purchased an advanced shipping option, the email will include your tracking number. If you have not received this email after a reasonable amount of time, feel free to contact your rep to see what’s going on.
If you have not received your order within 14 business days, we’ll reprint and reship your order for you!
